The following are services that we offer with each home inspection. These help to ensure you are getting the most out of your inspection and help to protect your investment! Each of these services is offered complimentary with each inspection.

And now for the “fine print”:

• It's valid for home inspections performed for home buyers only by participating InterNACHI® members.

• The home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent.

• The Guarantee excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice.

• The Guarantee will be honored for 90 days after closing.

• We'll pay you whatever price you paid for the home.

Build Fax Property History Report

The Build Fax Property History report is said to tell the "life story" of a building or property. Build Fax primarily works to pull any relevant permit data regarding upgrades and repairs made to the property. This includes details such as:

• Major construction: Additions, roof replacement, renovations, plumbing work, electrical modification, demolitions, etc.
• Major systems: including the ages for the roof, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning systems, and more.
• Contractors: the report tells of general contractor activity in the area of the property as well as which particular contractors have worked on the property.
• Risk factors: The report tells you about past events documented in the building, remodel and repair history - both negative and positive.

Recall Chek

With each home inspection we will do run a Recall Chek report. This report will do an evaluation of various house hold appliances and disclose of any and all outstanding recalls made regarding the reported appliances.

If there are any appliances that have been recalled, there will be a report issued that includes the nature of the recall, where the product was sold, and how to remedy the defect including how to get the item repaired or replaced for free! The report will even give the numbers of who to call and the hours they are open.
