$10,000.00 Honor Guarantee

InterNACHI will pay up to $10,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property.  Claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado.  InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid in all of the U.S. and Canada.

Build Fax History Report

The Build Fax Property History report is said to tell the "life story" of a building or property. Build Fax primarily works to pull any relevant permit data regarding upgrades and repairs made to the property. This includes details such as major construction, major systems, contractors and risk factors.

Recall Chek

With each home inspection we will run a Recall Chek report. This report will do an evaluation of various house hold appliances and disclose of any and all outstanding recalls made regarding the reported appliances.

Mold Safe Warranty

Not all areas of the home are visible or accessible during an inspection. We provide you with a mold safe warranty that protects you against any and all non-visible mold at the time of the inspection!
